Does OCG stop every shipment?
No. Holds depend on Shopify support, fulfillment state and the app’s conditions. Review the recorded outcome and your own fulfillment process; a detected conflict is not proof that a shipment is blocked.
Does approval undo the edit?
No. Approval records the review decision and releases only recorded OCG-owned holds. The order edit remains.
Is the baseline the paid order as it was at payment?
No. The baseline is the first state OCG observed. Changes before that observation cannot be reconstructed from that baseline.
Which languages are supported?
English and German.
Can I keep a record of reviews?
OCG includes conflict history and an audit download. Optional order tags can help surface review status in your workflow.
Do I need a sales call?

A practical checklist for reviewing paid-order changes
Payment does not mean every order detail will remain unchanged. A shipping correction, a quantity edit or an item replacement can create a gap between the current order and the information your fulfillment team is using. A short review step helps make that gap explicit.
An order-change alert is not proof of a fulfillment hold
When an important detail changes on a paid order, it is tempting to treat the alert as “handled.” But detecting a change, deciding that it needs review and successfully holding fulfillment are separate steps. Your process should distinguish them.
